The story of how we ended up on our farm is a winding and unexpected one. I grew up in the suburbs of Milwaukee, WI and Don grew up in the country in a small town called Freedom, NY. We met after college while I was living in New York City, and we lived in Brooklyn for 3 years after we were married. We loved city life, but after a couple of moves and a couple of babies, we started longing for a quieter life. And we wanted to raise our kids around animals. So for 6 months during 2020, we lived in an RV and traveled around the US in search of our farm.

We finally found it in Cambridge, NY...a beautiful landscape with rolling hills and a rich agricultural history. We live one mile from the Vermont border at the base of the Green Mountains.
